Received a call shortly after submitting quote request. Almost within an hour technician was here for ants treatment. Within a day or two after treatment no traces of ants.

Had a problem with bats. Came out right away and assessed situation. Work was done at the appropriate time. Very professional and I never had a problem contacting them with questions. Highly recommend this company.

They were very thorough and walked around the house a sealed off any openings our previous pest company missed. Their traps in the basement worked the first night and we havenâ t seen any mouse activity since. They came back out after 3 weeks just to make sure everything was still good. I obtained this company Assurance Pest Control, several years ago and they are exceptional. The Owner Fred and his entire staff are all awesome - Dan, Matt, Eric, Mike. Today the hottest day of the year, I unfortunately had to text Assurance Pest Control to please assist me again. I heard a loud noises up my attic at 4 am. It sounded like a squirrel was in my attic. At 7:30am I text Fred and he and his staff Mike came to assist me at my home. They looked around and Mike found a mouse that was still alive with two traps on each of his legs. This was apparently the loud banging I was hearing. They were kind enough to also screen in all the vents up the attic to make sure nothing could get into the attic. They service snakes, bunnies, stink bugs, mice, squirrels, mosquito and flea treatment, bugs, spray foundation for all types of bugs, etc. They are all honest, friendly guys that explain everything they are doing. In todayâ s business world, customer satisfaction should be our main concern and when you find a honest company and pleasant to deal with, you do not hesitate in returning to this reputable company and do not hesitate in recommending them to family, friends or neighbors. Due to this type of service I received I would highly recommend this company. They are the best in this business. They are all professionals and you get quality work always. We were having a mice/rat problem in our house. We called in around 9am, and by 10am, Matt was ready to help us. He worked hard not only to start the extermination process but also to educate us on how to avoid similar situations in the future with pests. He walked us through what he was doing and why.
