Doug at Assurance Plumbing was easy to work with in terms of setting up a schedule, being on time, and estimating both time and cost of the job. No surprises. Final repairs and installations turned out as expected and have been worry-free. My only regret is that I didn't write this review sooner.

Was extremely good work done

Very professional, came prepared to do the job and made sure everything worked properly. Cleaned up when they were finished and I was happy with the work they did. I would recommend Doug to anyone that needed plumbing services.

Mr. Riley always communicated his plans and schedule with us, arrived on time, cleaned up, and completed his work on time. His estimate was the same as the final bill. The cost was very reasonable. Other professionals viewed his work and said he did a beautiful job. He did two separate jobs for us. After we had natural gas run to the house, he installed the natural gas line to our dual fuel stove and converted the stove from propane to NG. Then he installed baseboard radiators in our 3 season porch and connected them to the boiler with a separate thermostat and circulating pump. Everything has worked perfectly from the outset. He explained how everything worked and showed me the shut-off valves. Mr. Riley was always professional in demeanor and friendly. I would recommend him to anyone.

Great working with the company. Replaced all the polybutylene pipes in my house. Worst pipe ever created. Did a great job, and frankly more than I expected as he zoned the various areas in the house with valves in the utility room. Great work at a fair price. Very highly recommend using this company. Have already recommended to others.

I have used this company twice. Doug is very professional and knowledgeable about his craft. He did a great job repairing a burst water pipe and is very reasonable. I will continue to use him for all my plumbing jobs.

If you want a good honest Christian company, go with this company. They will give you a fair and honest estimate with quality work. We've actually hired him several more times!

Mr. Riley arrived exactly on time and looked very professional. I liked the way he introduced himself and greeted me. He listened as I explained the problem. Mr. Riley went straight to the problem, explained everything to me while he was working and fixed the problem. The cost for the repair was VERY reasonable. This is the second time I have used HomeAdvisor. The first time was for a new Asphalt Driveway a few months ago. I live in Arizona and I am here to sell my home. I contacted HomeAdvisor from Arizona and was immediately put in contact with three Contractors. When I arrived in Delaware they were ready with estimates. My driveway is beautiful and done at a reasonable price. My neighbors have asked about the driveway contractor and I will always recommend Home Advisor

They arrived on time and covered area with tarps so to protect our floors. Did a great job installing hot water heater. Explained everything about the heater and made sure water was running properly through the house. Also price was very good.

Excellent service from the initial phone call through the resolution of the problem! Doug arrived on time. Was very astute about locating and solving the problem. Was extremely fair and concerned that the problem was resolved and cleaned up before leaving. Very satisfied with the fee and service. We will absolutely call him again and recommend to our friends and neighbors. It's rare to find such honest and personable service these days, so we are grateful!

I had gas piping run from the new meter location outside my house through the foundation to a four stub manifold. One stub was connected to my new gas log set. I'm very pleased with all aspects of the installation from the first phone call I made to Assurance Plumbing to the final inspection Assurance managed from the county.
