Drain Clog or Blockage - Clear
Please do not get me wrong. He did find where and what the problem was but could not fix. Could have fixed if he could do what he said yes.

Assurance Plumbing & Heating came to our rescue when we needed it the most. Mr. Anderson immediately went to work on the faith that he would get paid. He was thorough and communicated the status of the problem often so that we could make decisions along the way.

Bill was great. He was able to come right over and quote me. I was in need of emergency service and he came back first thing the next morning and did all the work. He explained everything clearly and even helped save me some money. I will use him again without a doubt.

Assurance Plumbing & Heating came over to give me a price quote on a boiler. Bill thought that he could fix it instead of removing it. He worked on it and it did start working again but then it did finally die out. Joe came back and exchanged it with a new boiler as well as deducted off the original price to fix it from the balance of the new boiler. Bill was very professional and helpful. He explained everything in full....No surprises in the end. It was a very positive experience. I would call Assurance Plumbing and Heating again.

Despite being very busy, Bill took the time to walk me through instructions that he thought might fix my furnace problem -- prior to being paid for any work or advice. Water Heater - Repair or Service
He was very nice and fixed my water heater as soon as he could. He tried to help me fix it before he came. But the water heater was no good. He was not trying to rip me off and my husband was out of town. So I would recommend him to anyone.

"This person never called me back if something went wrong. As for being unprofessional that is not me . I try to explain the problem to the customer so they can understand what is going. I have been a Lowes for 2 years I have never had a complaint from LOWES and or a customer that came from Lowes. I would really like to know who you are."
