John was efficient, did not waste time on unimportant items but carefully explained the significant results of our inspection. He issued a full report and carefully explained all the issues. Very capable and straightforward-I enjoyed working with him.

I needed to have a pre-sale inspection done quickly so I contacted Home Advisor. The very next morning John called and helped me squared away with a very reasonable quote and appointment scheduled, which was only 2 days from the date I called. I had a few other calls for the same work but, ultimately, I went with John and have no regrets whatsoever. John came to my house on time and started working away. A few hours later, he had everything done with lots of photos and notes to discuss with me. He was thorough with the findings and extra helpful with corrective suggestions since most were just minor fixes. He even went as far as helping me turning off my hot water tank so I can fix the dripping from the washer hot water opening. Once he left my house, a couple hours later, I received the complete report with all recommendations noted. Can’t thank you enough for John’s professionalism as well as his personable demeanor. Professionally, he’s very knowledgeable with what he does; personally, he was soooooo nice and extremely kind and friendly to work with, which is a great combination and rare for the field he’s in. I would definitely recommend John 200% for anyone needing a home inspection done. He’s punctual, skillful at his craft, and wonderfully sympathetic to your situation, which helped eased the fears and made the experience more bearable…in my case.
