Buying a home can be very stressful; especially when you're out of state. Brian and John made this process so easy. There were no high-pressure sales tactics. The inspection gave us more clarity and insight as to what needed to be done immediately, what could wait and what was satisfactory. Inspection was Exceptional! Professionally done, revealed numerous issues, not related to inside of condo. Major issues, roof, foundation, drainage, termites and etc. Due to lack of preventive maintenance by HOA and management company at the community. We resended our contract to purchase this condo. Money well spent for a whole house Inspection. Highly recommend!!

I had a home inspection in Dec. 2024 by Assured. Soon after moving in, I replaced appliances & a leaking expansion tank. In April, my A/C failed; an HVAC tech found a long-standing leak & zero coolant?an issue they said should?ve been caught. Repairing it caused further damage, requiring full replacement. The inspector?s owner refuses responsibility, citing a contract clause about first contact, despite evidence the issue predated my purchase.

I have used John for two houses and referred him to family. The one thing they say is that, "He didn't scare me". He was able to find the good and some issues. The issue he found, he was able to give good solid advice and assure them of what they were buying along with practical things that could be done to repair it. I feel safe using John because with his knowledge I know my house will be what's advertised. Big Thanks to John and his staff.

They did an inspection for my mother and father's two year old home and found structural issues that the builder had denied. They were able to help rectify the issues and was a very painless process. Didn't hesitate to say this was correct. Had very high quality detailed photos and detailed description with the issues and problems. I couldn't be happier. They were so polite and professional. It really put my father's mind at ease.
