I needed a new air conditioning unit. Paul L from Assured Mechanical answered his phone immediately the first time and every subsequent time I called throughout the process. That was very impressive to me. Paul was very knowledgeable and had a technician out the same day and quoted on the job. I rarely write any public reviews on anyone. This is definitely my first on Home Advisor. However, I feel compelled to do so because of the extraordinary service provided by Paul and his team. Their price was fair and their speedy service totally exceeded my expectations. Thank you Paul for your professional and courteous service.

The company's owner responded within 24 hours. He set up an appointment,arrived on time,and has taken care of many small issues that needed to be addressed even before the work begins.

Although I ended up using a different contractor to install my fridge, I had the personal pleasure to speak with Mr. Mike Holte. He was courteous, very professional when discussing the project I had, gave me an estimated fee for the service which I found to be very reasonable and I would have hired him accept my husband and I got our signals crossed and he had likewise found an installer who had already accepted the job. If I were to be in need of installation services again I would not hesitate to call on Mr. Holte again.

Called very quickly after my on line inquiry. He was not familiar with my problem but called back with an answer to my question obtained the parts needed to complete the project and installed them. Work was completed on time, and he did a nice job, and the price was reasonable. I am very satisfied. (just a note: I called 2 other appliance repair service people and neither one bothered to call back.)

He does excellent work. He has worked on my dishwasher and washing machine. I had him back because, he did such a great job on the first job I had him do.
