I purchased a new effluent sewage pump for my basement bathroom as the old one had enough after 20 years. After placing the pump in the basin, the pump itself worked fine but the float never rose to make it kick on automatically. Plumber determined that the float was tethered too loosely to the pump and it was getting stuck on the side wall of the basin. He shortened the length, re-did the elbow on the waste line, tested the pump and checked for leaks. He was professional, courteous, and I would not hesitate to use their services in the future.

Excellent work to replace a cracked pipe. Had to drill through the concrete. Not an easy task. Also did a thorough clean-up. Gave estimate of $900 to $1100 and it ended up costing $1190. But where is my receipt? I was told it would be e-mailed to me but two weeks have gone by and nothing, Frank has described that has been very busy. And I get that. But after spending $1190 I expect an invoice or a receipt. Am I being unreasonable? I dont think so, If I get a receipt, would I hire again? Yes.

Frank is clearly a pro and he is also very organized and a clean worker. He was very helpful offering us solutions to our problems and it made us confident we were working with a very experienced craftsman. He comes right to the the point if he discovers an issue and if it will impact the cost. We would recommend Assured Plumbing to anyone in need of a good plumber.

Reliable charged fair price. He was a gentleman and so pleasant. We now use him for all our projects.
