Assured Roofing and Remodeling

On May 5, 2025. My husband and I contact Assured Roofing & Remodeling to replace our roof. He came to our home and received a $5000 cashiers check payment for material. He placed the Assured Roofing sign in our yard, and had a roll off dumpster delivered the next day and stated the material would be delivered the next following day. No materials were ever delivered to our home. For days and weeks following we sent numerous text, emails, asking when the replacement of our roof would begin. He delayed and continued to put us off until finally on June 24th, he texted my husband and called to tell us that he would be not be able to replace our roof. We asked for a full refund at that time and even offered to meet him in person to retrieve the money, he stated no, that he needed a couple of days to figure out how he was going to get it to us, and he would have his sister to wire us the money. Since then we have not hear from Mr. Moore, we continue to call his phone, leave voicemails, send

Best experience I have had. Made an online request with Homeadvisors and Dave called in 10 minutes. Dave said he could be there is 15 minutes and he was. We reviewed the project and settled on a price. He ordered the material, dumpster and it was delivered the next day. The job was a full tare down and replace. The roofers were on at my home @ 6:30 AM wait for me and worked over 12 hours to complete the job. Dave was in constant contact to the completion of the work. Final project turned out great!" I would rate him a 6, but I there isn't one.

The quality of the work and customer service from start to finish was outstanding! Assured Roofing did everything that they said they were going to at the beginning of the project, and delivered it at the end. Not only did they met my quality needs, they met my cost and timing as well which was very important. They did not hound me for money, and waited for the insurance check to clear for payment. Assured Roofing truly understands the voice of the customer and made sure that I was satisfied with the craftsmanship of the new roof after the installation was completed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would recommend using them for your next roofing project.

I spoke with David from the start and he explained the precess in detail. Even though I was out of town,he made sure everything was taken cared of as he described.

David at Assured Roofing did a great job re-roofing my house and garage. The finished job looks beautiful. He's extremely careful, and wouldn't let his crew work if the weather was too cold (below 40° F, which can damage new shingles) or if rain was in the forecast. This was important to me, because I had another house re-roofed in sub-freezing weather, and it never looked right. Also, a current neighbor of mine had extensive damage done to his home when his roofer tore off his old roof and an overnight rainstorm soaked his house (inside and out!). So it was reassuring that David went above and beyond on this job and handled it in an extremely responsible way, during a period of abnormally wet and then cold weather. And it also doesn't hurt that it looks great!
