Excellent Service from Astera ? Highly Recommended! I recently had my old AC unit repaired by Astera, and I couldn?t be happier with the service! On the coldest day of the year, my furnace, as expected, decided to stop working. Having just bought my home, I was faced with a tough decision?repair the old system or invest in a new one with a 10-year warranty. After speaking with Astera Heating, Cooling & Appliance Repair, I knew I was in good hands. From the very first call, Valentina was incredibly sweet and quickly scheduled an appointment for the same day. Steve arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue, and found that the motor needed replacement. After discussing options, I decided to go with a full furnace replacement instead. The very next day, Steve and Yuriy arrived and installed a brand-new system in just four hours! Now, my home is warm again, and my new furnace is incredibly quiet compared to the old, noisy one.
