Excellent work. James and his crew were very thorough and cleaned up daily. They were prompt and worked diligently. They delivered what they promised. We would highly recommend them to our friends!

The quality of the work was great. They did a good job with wood replacement, caulking and painting. On the down side, we had a lot of issues with the business dealings. While they were supposed to deal with me, they kept going to other family. They kept finding new issues (something we expected) but then "forgetting" to come to us as they came up--like they agreed to. Also had issues with reluctance to put things in writing. Altogether we are happy with the job, but they need to improve the business dealings before getting a whole-hearted recommendation.

"Appreciate the Feedback, but I must say in the given situation Mr. K was out've town for business, which made it difficult to contact him at certain times of the day. The other family he is referring to was his wife whom was the only one available at the time. It was understood that she would relay all information to Mr. K. As owner of ATP I feel the need to clarify Mr. K's comments on the business dealing of Aesthetic Touch Painting. While knowing we can not please everyone, we strive for perfection on all projects."
