Told me every step of the way what was happening. When the installation turned out to be less expensive than he anticipated, he lowered the price by a great dealâ I would never have known otherwise without being told. Extremely responsive and knowledgeable. He explained every component s functionality as he set up my smart home and also put additional RAM in my iMac. He gave me additional advice to speed my 2011 iMac. Extremely good advice. Knows the market and knows the products out there. Can ask his advice easily and he readily discussing it.
