Central A/C Service or Repair
Astro Heating & Air Conditioning were the only honest company. I had 4 other companies look at my system and Astro are the only ones who didn't try to sell me a whole new system. All it needed was a new fuse. I can't thank them enough for saving me thousands of dollars!

They performed a replacement of both the AC and furnace equipment in my home. The crew were very professional and performed a quality installation. I am very satisfied with the end product. I would say they delivered best value for the product and services provided. My only reservation is closure. I am still waiting for final inspection of installation by the City of Lincoln and am awaiting some of the paperwork associated with the project (city permit, Title 24 Test Report, equipment owner manuals). Overall I would consider them if doing any future residential HVAC work.

Very good communication with me. Got their Technical out ASAP. I was not the only person experiencing A/C issues. John came out and got my unit up and running blowing snow👍 I highly recommend this outfit. I ll be having them service my unit on a yearly basis and maybe this issue would have been avoided.

They came out to do a free estimation and was very helpful in answering many questions we had and was honest about what we needed to do and not needed. We ended up not doing the work per their advice, but we still appreciated their service!

They repaired an AC unit in a rental property I own. My single lady tenant wanted them to arrive in a logo marked truck and wear a logo marked uniform. They did both. They were prompt, courteous, and got the job done.

They charge about 90 dollars for diagnostics which took 10 minutes. Very little useful advice.

Gas Furnace / Forced Air Heating System - Repair
After I tried to repair my furnace myself and made a mess of it Astro Air's Steve came out fixed the unit quickly and affordably. I'll definitely keep using this company!
