      I have GE cooktop stove which has less/low flames so I called Asurion clearly instructed them on call that I have this problem although all burners are working turning on but with low flames, Technician came saw cooktop stove within 2 minutes said he cant do anything charged me $108 for just looking at it he did not even bothered to clean any of burners I felt technician had zero knowledge about cooktop stove he went outside for 15 minutes and after he came suggested me to order new valve and spend another $200 which he was not sure will work. I will suggest to stay away from this company for any kind of services.

      They had to reschedule because the only technician in Houston got sick. When they did show up they did not check the circuit breaker to see why there was no power. I would have been better off with Best Buy!
