Eirc is great!!! A very nice guy with a great personality and wonderful customer service. From the moment we talked we knew we will hire him. He was at the home before us and ahead of time . Took almost 4 hours to do the inspection, he did not rush thru it . We read his reviews before we hired him and we were hoping it is true and he is everything you read about him and more.
