Very professional. Troy did an excellent job on our home inspection. It was pouring rain on the day he did our inspection but he still climbed up on the roof to check it out. He took his shoes off before coming into the house so as not to damage the wood floors. We would recommend him to anyone.

He showed up 1Hour 15 minutes for the appointment. Did responed to my email. regarding. the patio cover, the correct way to fix it. He did tell me at the walk through, and I ask him to put it in, my report, which He did not .And he said he would, and did not responded to my request by email for it. He is not a roofing speicalist, and could not determine the age of my roof, he said I needed to hire a roofing specialist, in the report. I will in the future hire a home inspector, without the roof being inspected for a lower rate, and then hire a roofing inspecting. HIs Cost I feel was excessive, anyone can look at some things, and see damage.

Troy did a wonderful job on my home inspection! He spent four hours inspecting my new house, which is above the norm from what I have heard, He did find issues with the house that allowed me to bargin further with the owners. Would def. use him again and highly recommend him.

Troy showed up promptly and was very professional. He was very sincere and you can tell he takes his job very serious. I learned alot about the house and houses in general when I was doing the walk through with him. What really impressed me as we were walking around the new house Troy spotted some wet ground near the base of house. I could not believe he noticed considering it was not very large but he had a gut feeling that something was wrong. It turned out he was so right. He found out that when you turned on the shower it started leaking outside the house. I was impressed. That could have been easily missed. Thanks Troy!!!!! great job.

Prompt, courteous, and thorough....also able to do the termite inspection which saved about $75....Only negative was the small oil leak from his vehicle onto the driveway....for which he apologized, cleaned it as best he could (it's barely noticeable), and gave me a $15 discount....

On the improvement side, would have appreciated a picture be provided as part of inspection on areas of concerns or those areas requiring correction

Troy was great. He called right after I listed my need with Service Magic. He did a great job, and even took the time to go over some of the issues that I had spoken to contractors about. He saved me from stepping into a big mess. Needless to say I would have been dealing with a poor foundation, a leaking roof, and termites... ouch. He's not cheap, but he's worth every penny.
