We moved in a new home. The first few nights were great until we started getting bit in random places. We thought it was strange as we just bought all new furniture. We contacted At Ease to get pricing. The office staff were so friendly and they talked me through everything. On the day of service the technician arrived on time and told me what all he was going to do. He was thorough. I hope I never get bedbugs again, but if I do I will have them treat. It’s been a little over a month since they have treated and not a bite since they have treated.

We were noticing some dirt and these bugs with weird shaped wings in our garage. We weren't sure what it was. At Ease came out and did an inspection to let us know that we have active termites. We got an appointment to have them treated very quickly. The technicians were very thorough with explaining the process of the treatment. They were knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend them to all of my family and friends.

At Ease Pest was great from the initial call to the completion of my service. They were informative, friendly office staff and technician, professional, and price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them !

The technician was knowledgeable abd friendly. He answered all of my questions and was thorough with his treatment. We will definitely be using them for all of our pest control going forward.

Hired this company because reviews mislead us to believe they were a decent company. Signed a year contract, once again, believing they were a decent company. Signed in August 2025, asked to be notified when they would be out but never was. They have come 3 times, were able to spray inside only twice because we were out of town one of the times. They were supposed to come on or around the 15th of the month, per the contract, yet someone showed up yesterday (2/10/26) again without notice. We are canceling our contract, but it will cost us $192. Unbelievable!!!!! We will pay the money though just to be rid them.

It was quick and easy doing there job it was over in about 15 minutes.

There are two important aspects of a company that provides service in your home: The quality of the work, and the nature of the person doing the work. First, I am happy to say that the mice that had invaded my home are gone. Period. No more unpleasant surprises when I open my cupboards and closets, and I now feel completely comfortable, knowing that the house is clean and safe. (And I didn't have to deal with traps or mouse bodies). Secondly, Ryan is knowledgeable, kind, professional, thorough, and honest. He explained the process, answered all of my questions, understood my concerns, and advised me on what to do to keep the mice from returning. He followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied, and he guarantees his work. You can't ask for more. Unless you want to hire a veteran--oh, yes, he is that, too. Thank you, Ryan.

Ryan was fantastic. Despite running well into the evening hours, he came by anyways to treat the home I had recently moved out of. The treatment took no time at all, and he was able to handle all of my requests for specific documentation for proof to deliver to the rental agency. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing some pest control.

I want everyone to know Ryan is one impressive guy. He is hard worker and a professional in the pest control business. Ryan is young but motivated. I hired him to do termite control/protection at my home. He even included a free outdoor pest control all around my house. He did not cut any corners. The job I hired him to do was excellent. I am a veteran myself. I want to let all veterans and LEOs to know this is your guy for any pest control issues. Ryan is very motivated individual, honest, fair, and a respectful guy. The guy was very friendly and and was able to fix our problem.

They did a great job, showed up when he said, did everything we expected. Cheapest bid we had, but work was great. Explained everything really well and did everything we asked when we asked them. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Ryan, the owner of the company came out the same day I called. He found where the mice were coming in right away and explained the process of eliminating the rodents. I also hired him to do bi-monthly pest control. I feel better knowing Ryan is preventing problems as well as helping me rid the house of rodents. Ryan serves in the Army Reserves and is so professional and well mannered. It has been a pleasure doing business with him.
