At Home Appliance Service - Home Facebook

Sarah helped me manage a manufacturer warranty repair on my washing machine. I contacted the manufacturer who stated the part needed was not part of the motor, which would have been covered under warranty. Sarah knows her motors and personally contacted the manufacturer, spending over an hour on the phone educating them on motor parts. Thanks to her diligence, I was able to get the parts covered under warranty. Sarah went over and beyond for me and without hesitation would hire At Home Appliance again. Thank you Sarah!!

Finally I have found an honest and skilled appliance repair company. Great communication, prompt, honest and skilled technicians!

Honest and fast.

Very friendly and was really great about a mask and distance!!! Amazing quality work and great prices

He was thorough to figure out the problem. Unfortunately, the part we needed is not made anymore so we have to buy a new dryer.

I wish I could rate Jordan higher for customer service! He has been so great to work with. He has been prompt in responding and ordering parts. I highly recommend hiring him.

Jordan was efficient and knowledgeable and was on-site later the same day even though it was after hours and not an emergency. He definitely knows his appliances very well. He was very careful with my new kitchen floor and he was also respectful of my mask-wearing requirement (I wore one too) while he was in my house. I highly recommend Jordan at @Home Appliance Service.

Jordan is a very nice guy. He assisted us and came right over even after hours.
