The wrong floor was installed in my house, even though I called immediately to tell them it was the wrong floor going down. Ron, the owner, belittled me, and told me there were more important things in this world than having the wrong floor installed. Ron can be a very nasty person and I?m expecting him to write something back to justify his point of view. The bottom line is I ordered one color and I got a different color very simple and he will do nothing about it but try to make himself look good and make me look bad I am a retired, registered nurse, mother, grandmother, and also a disabled widow. I do not need this nasty man putting me down and not taking responsibility whatsoever for his mistake. I?m anxious to find out how he justifies this, but whatever he says, I assure you, it will not be truthful. Don?t take a chance. BEWARE. BEWARE. BEWARE. BEWARE

"Marion I am sorry but this is not the entire story. The floor you picked was installed in your home . The boxes matched the invoice that you signed and left a deposit on . I am sorry you did not like the color once it was Installed but it was half done when you called. We asked if you are willing to repurchase the part installed and you said no just install it so that is what we did. I am sorry you did not like the color you picked ,"

Luxury Vinyl Flooring Installation (Materials Not Provided by Consumer)
I recently had vinyl plank flooring installed in my basement gym/office by At Home Carpet and Flooring. Their pricing was competitive, which is what led me to move forward. After paying the deposit, I had to follow up to confirm scheduling. Once set, the installer prepped the floor, applied glue, and returned a few hours later to install the planks. The job itself was quick, and the initial result looked fine, though there were a couple of small gaps between boards. A few days later, I noticed boards lifting along the baseboards. I contacted Ronnie, and he sent the installer back to fix it, which I appreciated. Now about a month later, I?m seeing a few more areas where the boards aren?t adhering properly. Overall, the pricing was good and they were responsive when issues came up, but the installation quality has been somewhat inconsistent. I?ll be reaching out again to have the new areas addressed.

Customer service was very good. Floor installation went well. I recommend using this contractor. I also recommend going over the entire job with the install crew so that everyone is clear about the scope of work since the installer is not the person that provides the estimate.

Parag and his team were totally professionals. The work was done in a totally professional manner as well as being the best work that I have ever seen. They installed a brand new flexstone shower in the bathroom and repainted my laundry room and layed new vinyl tiles on the floor. Would not recommend to anyone. Unfortunately i have had a terrible experience with them. I used their services to install new flooring at my house. Paid them close to $8k they came and installed the flooring and within 2 months had to call them back as the flooring was coming off multiple places. Fast forward to a year over and the flooring has been broken, come out in multiple places, when i contacted them they mentioned i am out of the 1 year labor warranty so they said they will send someone from manufacture to come and inspect. I have called Ronnie who is the partner at home carpet and flooring almost 100's of times and have not received any response. I am stuck with terrible flooring/installation and eventually will need to spend another 8 K but this time with someone who knows how to value the customer and do a proper job.

"Sir the first issue you had we told you to stop using chair with wheel on the vinyl floor. We fixed what needed to be fixed. Fast forward almost two years later you continued to use the chair with wheel and over 20 planks in that area are broken . We have no problem fixing boards but if you continue to do what you're doing it will never end . Because you wont stop using the chair with wheels we stated we can not keep fixing boards free because of your neglect"

BEWARE!! We were so pleased with our floors when they were first installed. About 2 months into the installation, we noticed an area that raised. I was contacting Ron for months to try to get someone to come out. Marcel came out after months of me harassing them, looked at the floor and said ?can?t do it today?. He said he would be back that Saturday and went completely missing for another month. The area was fixed and in a matter of less than 3 months the area was messed up again along with several different locations that began to raise. A piece of flooring even broke off because of how badly it was installed. The owner tried to blame us as if we cannot have specific furniture on our floor. I once again was contacting Ron, now getting completely ignored. Floors that should have lasted me years, look completely ruined and horrible after 1 year(less than a year technically because the issues started after 2 months of installation). I am completely in shock with the lack of professionalism when I have been nothing but patient and respectful. After I contacted the Ron the last time and basically said I was considering taking legal proceedings he basically told me to ?do what I have to do?. No accountability, only blaming the customer and absolutely no effort in trying to help. I should have seen the red flags when I read another review that basically said the same exact thing but decided to give this company a chance. Now I have to find someone else to redo the job after ONE YEAR.

"The same thing we told you that day , Until you fix the moisture issue in your home the floor will continue to do what it's doing . The meter reading was4 times what it should be . We have zero control over the moisture in your home that is why we asked you to get a contractor to fix the issue then we would come out again and pout everything in place. You stated the cost was too high for that and you couldn't not do it at this time. I said to you we can not keep coming back and forth it needs to be fixed right otherwise it will continue to get worse which it is .Once the moisture issue is resolved call em and I will get it repaired"
