Had a broken drop down TV mount (wouldn't stay in position). Glenn came to the house and investigated, called the manufacturer, got replacement parts ordered for free under warranty, didn't charge for initial consult, and then came back when I had the parts and completed the repair, reasonable price. Professional, efficient, courteous, great to work with. Recommend him without reservation.

Glenn was professional & got the job done in a timely manner. I had my tv mounted AND he helped arrange & set up my old stack stereo AKAI system. That system was my mom's from 1980!
