Evan and his team bent over backwards to make sure we were happy with the final product. They worked through some challenges during the project and never complained. More importantly, Evan stuck to his quote and did not hit us with any change orders. High integrity team that care about their work and the customers satisfaction. There are a lot of imposter contractors in Houston. Evan and his team are the real deal. We will be using him in the future for all of our renovations.

Terrible followup before project start and after. Collected their money and gone. No effort to follow up on satisfaction once stain and glaze dried and we were able to look at the finished work.

This was our first renovation to our home, mind you we have been waiting 6 years to have our bathroom updated and made into a relaxing area in our home. I can t express enough how satisfied my husband and I are with the work the crew did and the contractor Solomen always being so helpful and patient with our questions and concerns during the whole process. We love how our bathroom turned out and look forward to having more work done to our home down the road!

During this pandemic the company presented with safety first customer service. We built our home in 1999. Nothing changed from then until now. At Home Experts remodeled my kitchen with new cabinets countertops etc.. I am thoroughly satisfied with the quality of work performed. Whenever a job was completed and I was not happy; I pointed it out and within 24 hours the problem was fixed. Thank you Solomon for a job well done! And having a Great Crew! He seemed honest with us as customers when selling the product but at the moment there are problems. He should clarify with customers from the beginning and have everything in place so that we can resolve the problem. Update 7/30/2020. Thanks to Solomon, the manufacturer agreed to replace the product due to manufacture defect. The product was replaced and it looks really good in the house. Solomon was not consistent in the appointments and when he agreed to call etc. The actual installers were not very nice a couple of times, particularly when it was raining, since the furniture was out on the balcony. The response is they can leave everything now, and do carpet tomorrow. I don't think it was an appropriate response. Other than that they did a great job and the carpet was great.

Home Experts did an excellent job in removing and installing a wood floor in my living room. I will be calling them again for future home projects.

At Home Expert team did a wonderful job at my house. They removed ceramic tile and installed engineered wood. They were on time, well organized, very professional and courteous. They worked very fast and non-stop. They finished the job in three days. They took care of every detail. They moved the furniture with care. They covered everything properly and they cleaned after themselves. I was very happy with the quality of the job and I highly recommend them.

Evan was terrific to work with. He was early to our appointment, very personable, and professional. The estimate was in the ball park of what we expected so we hired At Home Experts to remove 695 sq ft of laminate and replace with tile. Antonio, the installer, and his crew did a fantastic job. They were prompt, very respectful of our house and kept everything organized and clean. We are very pleased with the outcome, and we would definitely recommend them.
