Since this house had not been cleaned in five years At Your Service had an uphill job. Britney worked hard and was a pleasure to work with. She will be back on a regular basis.

DEB WAS VERY NICE TO WORK WITH AND VERY HELPFUL WITH SCHEDULING THE HOUSE CLEANING SERVICE. I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE CLEANING BUT IT WAS THE FIRST TIME AND HAVE SCHEDULED A SECOND CLEANING FOR NEXT WEEK SO IT IS TOO SOON TO RATE THE SERVICE FAIRLY. I DID FIND THE PRICE TO BE GOOD COMPARED TO OTHER CLEANING SERVICES. I PLAN TO SCHEDULE MORE CLEANINGS FOR EVERY TWO TO THREE WEEKS AND TRY SOME OF THEIR HANDY MAN SERVICES. I ALSO REFERRED MY NEIGHBOR TO THEM FOR A SPRINKLER SYSTEM REPAIR.

I was very pleased with my treatment from this company on the small wallboard repair job that I had as a result of my plumber cutting a good sized hole in a wall in order to fix my plumbing. My request was handled efficiently over their web site, their workmen were dependable and skilled, and took great pains to do the job to my satisfaction. I plan to use them again.

The original job had to be cut into 2 parts for cost sake. They did a great job on our drywall project and fixed our closet doors. Unfortunately, when I came back to get the drywall project done in the garage it took over a week to get someone on our project and then at the last minute was told they were too busy and referred me to someone else who didn't even know how much the project was supposed to cost. I then get called by At Your Service 15 minutes before the new person is supposed to repair my garage hole, to be told he doesn't work for them and he doesn't accept credit cards. Poor poor customer service on the back-end. They did a good job the first time, but the customer service on this leg of the project was the worst. I will not use them or recommend them.
Response from At Your Service Professional Cleaning - Home Facebook
"The costumer didn't have the money to do all repairs at once and asked if we could do part of the work later . Unfortunately, by the time she wanted the work done, our men were on other jobs and, we couldn't just drop what we were doing. She was told that a week ago. We offered to refer another handyman and she accepted. The customer turned away the other handyman this morning because he didn't accept credit cards. He let her know he could accept checks or cash. We as a 5 star company are always accommodating, and our reviews show this. Unfortunately, HomeAdvisor doesn't allow us to dispute, or we would. Its a shame people intentionally try to hurt others by rating a (1) .....please look at our over 80 reviews. We have texts to prove our conversation if needed."
