We completed a master bath, closet, and extra bath renovation with this company, spending over $45,000. We?re frustrated and disappointed with how the project ended. At completion we were told a glass door for the walk?in shower wasn?t included and would cost $2,500?never disclosed during planning, quoting, or construction. A shower without a door isn?t finished; this felt like a last?minute add?on after we?d invested time and money. We also have a substantial remaining balance despite concerns about material quality, which undermines confidence in the value received. This project mattered to our family, and unexpected end?of?project costs ruined the experience. We request accountability and that the project be completed as reasonably expected from the start.
