They repaired some roof flashing that blew off in a windstorm. They also checked the rest of the roof and fixed loose flashing to prevent further damage. The work was done quickly and efficiently at a reasonable price. I would recommend them to a neighbor.

Leak Seekers responded the same day I requested someone for roofing work. Jerry Boutin stopped by the next day, wrote an estimate and sent me a copy. I mentioned that I might need some additional work done. He said that wouldn’t be a problem, so the job was scheduled. The work was completed in one day. My wife and I are both very happy with the results.

Theseguys were top shelf right from the start. Came and gave us a quote as scheduled and got back to us within 36 hours with a dollar figure. They indicated they were about 3 weeks out and told us then approx when they would be ready to do the work and call a couple of days in advance.. They did ! Said it would be donecas we scheduled a couple of days out. They came with a 4 man crew and completed the job in 2 days!!!! Very professional, timely, courteous group that worked quickly and effiently. Job was done well and all loose ends tied up and they up thoroughly upon completion. GREAT JOB. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I hired Leak Seekers to replace some rotten exterior wood on my house. I did get several bids from contractors on Angies list, but Leak Seekers gave me the best detailed bid. I can’t say enough great things about them. Jerry Boutin, the owner could not have been more accommodating, kind and really went above and beyond on the work outlined. Brandy called with updates, the time the men would be here or if there was a delay. I’ve never experienced such personable professional service. Sam and Skip were an amazing team! They worked quickly and tirelessly through cold windy weather. The windows, fascia, and corner boards they replaced were done to perfection! They took the rotten boards away and cleaned up every place they worked. I can’t say enough about what a great group of people they are. Out of 10, I rate them 12.

We looked on Angie?s list for a repair with the impending snow for a garage roof leak on Monday. Brandy immediately reached out by voice mail to offer services and expeditiously responded to confirm appt. for Wednesday between 1-2pm. She contacted me @ 10:45am, said Jerry, the tech, was ahead of schedule and wanted to come early and an hour out. It was perfect timing, he arrived, assessed and repaired in less than an hour for a very reasonable price. We were extremely pleased with the customer service, attentiveness, continued contact and affordability of the repair. Also led to assessing for other requested services where he took measurement and will be sending quote for future work. First time experience and the company as a whole from Brandy inside services to Jerry the tech, definitely 5 Star service and highly recommended !!!!

In September, Jerry arrived on time for the inspection and provided us with a written estimate the following day as promised. Jerry and his crew hopefully repaired the leak (we won't know until the following March because the roof only leaked when ice dams thawed). Jerry sufficiently explained the work he performed and answered all of our questions. He and his crew were polite and professional and left the work area as clean and neat as they found it.
