first the building pros Atchley hired were excellent did deck exactly as I wanted made it very strong but trying to get with Atchley was real hard he wouldn't answer phone and mail was full couldn't leave a message we signed a contract for me to pay for parts but I paid him he then bought the parts at discount at lowes and over bought items I was told by him I could return to store for refund but when I took it back was told by manager that money would to atchleys account and I wouldnt get any thing but more to him not cool then came by and we had a discussing about the problem and he assured me he would take care of it there 17 items and he never called or contacted me it been over 3 weeks not a person of his word but the pros he has to build are excellent carpenters but his c/s is not good . I know he was busy but dont promise to take care of something and dont follow through
