He took my money and never came back to perform the job. It will be a year on 29Aug19 that I have been working with him to got my money back but he keeps telling me stories. He also gave me a bounced check which caused my bankers to deduct money from my account due to a bounced check.

This is actually Gordon's appliance. I hired him to disconnect my kitchen gas stove and then to re-install it. It took 15 minutes to disconnect. Then he said he would return when the new stove was delivered. I gave him the date. When I contacted him to confirm the delivery date and time, he said he couldn't do it until the next. He said 3:00 was too late in the day to do the work. I feel like he had no intention of coming on the day I originally told him. The worst of it was he asked for a full payment at the first appointment. Of course he cashed the check right away without finishing the job. I am hopeful he will change his mind and stick to the original agreement. Update: After much negotiation, he did honor the original agreement.

I put down a large deposit 4 weeks ago for a part that was supposed to be here in two days and still is not here. Now the company has stopped returning my calls and text.

"He gave me a $50 deposit and I told him I would order the parts. The compsure is on back order from LG I don't make the parts and have to wait for my supplier to order them.I have no control on parts from LG. time frame. I will send him his deposit back THE MONEY HE GAVE WAS A SERVICE CALL AND DIAGNOSTIC, CHARGE SERVICE CALL. $50 PLUS $100 FOR 45MIN IN HOME"

I hired Gordon to repair a fridge and he fixed it fixed it but is not right, Gordon said the fridge would take 2-3 hrs. to cool down and you cannot adjust the fridge side, I paid him $450, I called him and he said that he would come yesterday and did not , now I can't reach him

Gordon, called this morning and asked if he could come earlier than expected and I told him yes that would be great. He found where my washer was leaking and fixed the problem quickly. I was happy with his work and professionalism. I would hire him again, when we have an appliance repair issue.

I initially rated this man a 5 because he came right away and did the work. He also took a $100 deposit on a new icemaker for the fridge. However, my refrigerator is still not working properly two weeks later. I noticed the next day that it wasn't working properly so I called. Four days and two phone calls later he called me back. He said that it probably just took awhile to cool off and that it would be fine. Several days later it was still not fine, so I called again. He said he couldn't come until Monday, and I said ok. Monday came and he did not show up. I called today, Tuesday, and he did not pick up and has not called me back. He still has my $100 for the new icemaker for a refrigerator that he still hasn't fixed. I definitely would not recommend him.

I hired Gordon and he is a nice guy. He did the job of cleaning the ice build up in the freezer. I felt he charged more than what he supposed to be.

"I worked on her LG ref. it had a bad compsure it would have got fixed but she put stop on deposit ck. she gave me.ps at first I thought it was a ba pc control board but it was a bad comp .."
