Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
Though I was very happy with the service provided and gave a good review when completed, I am very disappointed in the destruction I now face, allow me to explain: his vehicle was parked in my driveway and after he completed the job and left, I noticed this large rust stain in the middle of my driveway. I called and told Howard and he said he would be back the next day to take care of it. One day turned into four so I called again and he apologized, saying he was very busy plus had to fix the issue with his truck. Thanking me again for taking the time to let him know. Otherwise he would have faced major issues with his truck. Again he promised to come the next day and remove the stain. That was two weeks ago and still no show. He has not returned calls either. Very sad indeed to have someone disrespect you in such a way as to ignore the responsibility of repairing destruction they caused.

Central A/C - Service or Repair
I feel that I have been ripped off. For replacement of a float switch should not cost me close to $500. When I asked for itemized invoice, I am not getting one.

"People like you are what ruin for all the good customers in this business! you were presented with a price before the job started, you approved the price before it started, problem fixed, then you guys turn the thermostat off a week later and call for service we are there the next day and it was your fault, you are an ungrateful brat this is why nobody wants to service you, as we will not be servicing you ever again! yo feel you where being "ripped off" I specifically recall asking telling you when I gave you the price and you felt it was too high and I quote " if you would like I can put everything back the way it was & you can call someone else'' YOUR REPLY WAS "NO NO NO HOWARD it is TOO HOT PLEASE FIX IT" YOU were TREATED WITH COMPLETE PROFESSIONALISM AND PRICED ACCORDINGLY FOR REQUIRED REPAIR!!! Your just mad because well frankly that's how 95% of people from jersey are & sadly you have been down here long enough to know better! GOOD LUCK WITH ''ARS OR MOSERS" next time you think my bill was high? Mam you have no idea what your in for!!!! HAVE AN AMAZING DAY & GOD BLESS."
