Water was leaking into our sun room. It kept getting worse with each failed attempt to repair it. We hired a home inspector to see if he could find the source. He was able to find it in a few minutes and told us how to repair it. We had several companies come out to give an estimate, Ben was the only one who came up with the same list of issues and repair plan as the inspector. A few days later, two men came and fixed all of the issues in about 5 hours for a fraction of the cost quoted by other companies. They even fixed a few unrelated storm damage items. It has been almost two years since the repair was done and we haven't had a single drop in the sun room, even through numerous heavy rain with high wind events. Highly recommend and would hire again in a heartbeat.

Ben and his crew were great. They got right back to me, turned around an estimate within a couple days, ordered extra parts right away and had the job done within two weeks of initial contact. We got a few quotes for this job and his rate was extremely reasonable.

My husband and I were very impressed and grateful to Atex. They came out very quickly to help fix a broken gutter that was falling away from the house. While there they noticed that the roof was missing a few shingles. We thought we would need a new roof, but Ben replaced the missing shingles, flashed a few areas and told us we had a few more years on the roof saving us a huge fix right away. It was a small repair job, but they showed up on time, did the work, cleaned up after themselves and charged a very reasonable price. So far, so good on the repair. I would recommend.

In times of violent weather scenarios, homeowners should be made aware that these 'roof repair' specialists should devote advertising relative the frequent occasions of water damage caused from leaks from around roof-vents that have become weakened - to even in cases of where otherwise SOUND roofs are intact and not the focus, at least in the case of my problem that ATEX fixed, with a 4-year warranty, as well. This includes flashings, soil pipes, etc.

Ben did a great job!

I used HomeAdvisor and found two companies to come give me quotes to repair a leak in my half bath. Kanga Roof and Atex. Kanga came first and they sent a sales person (charging $50 for a roof inspection and quote) who told me he would have a hard time finding the leak point without an attic to check in. The sales person said I needed a new roof and he could only warranty a repair for 1 year and it would cost upwards of $2500. They came back the next day with a sales pitch for a new roof ranging from $9k to $12k. Mind you my home is small at 1300 sq ft and a low pitch basic roof. Maybe they use better materials. The pitch was done professionally. Next Atex came, they were prompt, courteous, and good with communication. They sent a project manager who inspected my roof pretty quickly (for free) and said he wouldn’t need an attic to figure it out (he actually had practical roofing experience). He found the area, let me know why they would do and showed me pictures they took. He said they could fix it for $1,200 with a 4 year warranty and told me I could get close to 10 more years out of my roof and in no way should consider replacing it yet. I appreciated Atex’s honesty here. They were booked about two weeks out. They quoted me on a Thursday and finished a Friday job early and called and said they could come that Saturday. They were here and gone in about 3 or so hours and showed me the before during and after photos again too. I highly recommend Atex!
