Tile: Ceramic and Porcelain Installation
The greatest recommendation I can give is that I have referred dozens, if not, hundreds, of people to Residential Solutions. Everything from tile flooring, to bathroom remodels, to crawlspace remediation and restorations, to structural repairs, to residential inspections, mold, air, quality, Radon, asbestos and lead testing as well as remediation. They are also experts in water remediation. Being in real estate, I guard my clients and only refer them to the very best, tried and tested. And that’s what Athens Residential Solutions is… The best at what they do!

Laminate Wood or Stone Flooring Installation
I had a home inspection done by Christopher and he was amazing! He was very kind and detailed in his report. When there was an issue with communication between him and my realtor, he handled it with professionalism and made things right without being asked. I am beyond happy with his service and will be using him again in the future.

Christopher went the extra mile in every way for us. He was there ahead of schedule and did a deep dive into the house. He found everything that was wrong, and that allowed us to get everything fixed properly before closing. His report was prompt, clear, concise, and through. His professional demeanor was evident from the first call through the final bill. 10/10 would recommend and will use again shortly for other projects.

Formerly being a sub-contractor and having done innumerable similar projects, Christopher is THE BEST tile and flooring installer I have ever witnessed. He is detailed and an artist with what he did for us. His pricing was more than competitive. Truthfully, his work is the best I have witnessed in the industry. Incredibly happy with the finished product!
