We had just closed on a 1950s home in Buckhead and had a few months before moving in. We took the opportunity to contract with AABR to make a number of revonnations, including whole kitchen, master bath, guest bath, flooring refinish, and laundry relocation from kitchen to mudroom. We have been very pleased with the outcome, which was timely given that we had to move out of our apartment. At times, progress went faster than expected, and we had to quickly decide on â choicesâ , such as tiles, grout color, faucets, etc. AABRâ s costs were reasonable. Josh had great foresight and made some aesthetic recommendations that we were pleased with. His team is definitely detailed-oriented and does the right things. Dust management was top of mind. They used their dust control system throughout the renovation. Lastly, Josh was good at communicating progress & updates. He was very available to speak with over the phone. We would be happy to have Josh return for future projects.

We hired Atlanta Area Building and Remodeling to do a master bathroom addition on our home in the Toco Hills area. Josh was responsive and fastidious. We were impressed with how much pride he took in his work. Our house was built in 1951, and he was able to find brick and granite that perfectly matched the existing materials. When he was not able to find a door to match our existing internal doors, he customized a door by adding extra trim so that it would go with the other doors in the room. The new bathroom looks great, and like it's always been a part of our home. We are very pleased.

Josh and crew did an amazing job on two complete (demo back to the studs) bathroom renovations for me in a 1952 split level ranch home. There were numerous challenges they encountered during the build out do to the age of the home, but Josh's crew didn't miss beat. The design process was extremely collaborative and the finished product looks incredible and functions perfectly. They were always on time, communicated clearly with me about progress and options at every step, and took great care of my home while the renovation was underway. I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend.

We are extremely pleased and satisfied with the quality of the work. The work was done with careful attention to detail. Josh was always there and open to any suggestions. He was very thorogh and willing and able to make changes throughout the project _ was always making sure everything meets the professional standards as well as is pleasing to the customer. I would recommend Josh to anybody looking for excellence. He took care of both the structural and cosmetic details of remodeling the bathroom.He also took care of the wood floors, the painting and lighting throught the house. We were very pleased with our experience with Josh and AABR. They helped us remodel a part of our kitchen and our full bathroom plus did a number of other tasks, including painting and flooring. The workmanship all around was excellent, except that we have noticed that the floor scratches easily (much easier than our last flooring sealer). Josh was very receptive to our frequent changes. The only negative is that we felt like the budget wasn't always clearly communicated so we needed to negotiate some budgetary items at the end of the project. Overall, though, we were very happy with our experience with AABR and would use them again
