Did the job apparently, but I did not receive anything in writing showing the services rendered. In response to my several requests for a copy, I was ignored and not provided one.

Did not match the stucco to our original stucco design. Now it looks like it was "added" to the house rather than blending in to the house. Very messy. Spray paint and stucco everywhere. Why can't I find a contractor that cares about his work?
Response from Atlanta Certified Stucco, LLC
"When I left the job he checked everything, said "It looks great! So much better than the mess that was there before." then he signed off and paid in full as if he were completely satisfied. When customers don't tell you in person they have any issues, then slam you behind your back, I question their integrity. He got a VERY good deal on the amount of work done. Probably paid 60% of what the job would have normally cost."

We were very happy with the results of repairs done on our home. They were good in letting us know about rescheduling appointment due to the weather conditions. We would use again and certainly recommend to others.

He damaged my brand new gutters and painted the work he repaired with paint about 10 shades darker than the stucco on my house....but he did say "sorry"
Response from Atlanta Certified Stucco, LLC
"We painted with the paint the homeowner provided and directed us to use. I did extra work that she wanted, not in her contract, that I did not charge her for and, in doing so, I scratched her gutter. She received about $900 worth of work for $500 and now she wants to ruin my reputation. Would not work for her again."

Dave was very nice to meet and appeared to be very professional and gave me a reasonable quote. I accepted the quote and setup a start date. That date came and went so we attempted to reschedule and eventually someone showed up. That sub called me at work and said that the quote was too low and needed to be $2,000.00 more. I called Dave and he was not pleased with that persons actions (this was that crews first job under Dave) and he fired them. Eventually Dave sent another crew at the higher price. The crew consisted of 2 people and was not the most confidence inspiring. After removing the old stucco Dave called my wife and said the material
Response from Atlanta Certified Stucco, LLC
"This customer wanted a "cosmetic" repair and wanted a price for doing so. After removal of the damaged stucco, his substrate was rotten and needed to be replaced. He was informed that we could not do all the necessary work to do the job right for the price quoted for the simple resurfacing. He agreed to the additional cost of the other repairs, which we did, yet he still gave us a bad review."

Timeliness of completion could have been better. Clean up was sub-par and communication could have been better.

Atlanta Certified Stucco was great. They promptly gave me an estimate to perform the work. They showed up when they said they would, finished the job more quickly than anticipated, and charged exactly what they quoted. They were professional and courteous and did excellent work. I highly recommend them.

They did two jobs. They repaird damage stucco and repaired dented and rotten window sills. The stucco work was very well done. The window wood repair was a real problem. When they first did the work and left it was a mess. New wood was too short and did not line up with the other trim. So they caulked to fill in 1/2 inch gaps. They left jagged cuts and did not wood puty or sand. However, they did send the guy back while I was at home and Cary did finally make it right. He even painted the surfaces with matching paint before he left. They did me right in the end.
Response from Atlanta Certified Stucco, LLC
"We used a subcontractor that assured us he was good at window wood repairs. After seeing the bad quality of his work, we fired them and did the work right. Bottom line, the work was done right in the end."
