"When I left the job he checked everything, said "It looks great! So much better than the mess that was there before." then he signed off and paid in full as if he were completely satisfied. When customers don't tell you in person they have any issues, then slam you behind your back, I question their integrity. He got a VERY good deal on the amount of work done. Probably paid 60% of what the job would have normally cost."
"We painted with the paint the homeowner provided and directed us to use. I did extra work that she wanted, not in her contract, that I did not charge her for and, in doing so, I scratched her gutter. She received about $900 worth of work for $500 and now she wants to ruin my reputation. Would not work for her again."
"This customer wanted a "cosmetic" repair and wanted a price for doing so. After removal of the damaged stucco, his substrate was rotten and needed to be replaced. He was informed that we could not do all the necessary work to do the job right for the price quoted for the simple resurfacing. He agreed to the additional cost of the other repairs, which we did, yet he still gave us a bad review."
"We used a subcontractor that assured us he was good at window wood repairs. After seeing the bad quality of his work, we fired them and did the work right. Bottom line, the work was done right in the end."
