Their responsiveness is terrible. They did not fix my fireplace but took my money anyways. I called the same day after he left because the issue continued and he brushed me off and said "that is what happens with fireplaces" which is a lie. He is avoiding me and neglecting me of my refund until this day.

Wes and Mike were professional. Assessed the problem and solved the issue with our fireplace. I was satisfied and recommended them to my daughter who had the same issue with her fireplace. They did not try to rip me off even after I let them know that another company quoted me $4k plus for services. "Hi (consumer name withheld per their request) cleanings are done using a flex rod system from the bottom these days so unless you have any exterior chimney or cap issues, they aren't up top long.
