We hired Manuel and team to put in a series of steps leading to a sidewalk for our series of town homes. I found Manuel and Sam to be completely professional and responsive from the quote process through the contracting, execution and quality control. The project required demolition and was particularly complex due to existing cement and tree/root over growth, but they were flexible, communicated options, and delivered on a great job. I would use them again.

I needed a quick response to a sink hole in my driveway, and I got it from Manuel. I was very pleased and will use them again and have already referred them!

Had them come out along with several other companies. The good: price was right, salesman/contractors were friendly The bad: - had to call them multiple times to get a response back after they quoted, and thus was most any time I needed to speak with them including when I was trying to confirm the work - they were quite delayed completing the work and a couple of times canceled on me either day of installation or the night before; - when we had them quote the job, we told them up front we wanted navy blue dyed concrete and they said no issue, but it became a major hassle to get it and eventually we found we could not. After several times of being offered other alternatives that weren't what we wanted, we did settle on a solution that was a little more money but exactly what we wanted, so they made this right. I hope the epoxy coating holds up -told them I needed a footing because the slab is for a screened porch, but they have provided me no information about the footing and sent no pictures or anything so I'm unsure of what is there - we had just had our house painted white and they got blue epoxy around the edges while painting the slab; they came back to touch up but you can still see it pretty badly and I just gave up - they left puddles of concrete in my grass and yard in a few places, including concrete on my brick wall to the side of the patio, which they did not clean up - they balance billed me several times before they had completed the project Overall they did do the job, but it was not a good, easy experience at all. I wish I could say this was unusual, but most places operate on this spectrum these days. I'd say overall the job was ok, adequate, but I couldn't recommend the contractor.

Manuel did an excellent job of understanding the sitework issues and customizing his approach to meet them. He was prompt and responsive and coordinated his team and made sure the work was done as agreed. Would absolutely use him again.
