He came out and buffed our floors. Then he decided he couldn't finish the project. We had to get on our hands and knees and scrape the sealant we had put on off. This in turn scratched our floors up. The buffer also messed up the floors. I was extremely disappointed in this work. He never called us back or anything. I would not recommend him to anyone.
