WOW! My sprinkler system had a major malfunction last night and Matt came to the rescue. He was on time, provided a very reasonable quote, and was professional when he arrived. He educated me on my sprinkler system while he fixed my problem which was the best part of his service. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of any service with their irrigation system, stop looking and call Matt!!

Very impressed with Matt & his helper. Matt was very prompt in contacting me once I put my request in the Home Advisor system. He worked around my work schedule to set-up an appointment. He gave me a heads-up that he might be able to arrive 30 minutes earlier that the appointment time but wanted to make sure that it was OK with me. Once arriving he and his helper immediately went to work to repair the problem. He made the repair very quickly to a wiring problem I had in the ground and then added some extra pvc conduit to prevent the problem from re-occurring. Once done with the repair he perform a complete check-out of my system to make sure it was working properly. He was in and out in less than an hour. Very impressed with all aspects of this service call and I will definitely use Atlanta Lightscapes again and will recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

We recently had all new sod installed for our lawn - Matt from Atlanta Lightscape has done an outstanding job adjusting existing sprinkler heads as well as adding new heads to maximize our irrigation coverage. I would highly recommend Atlanta Lightscapes for any lawn irrigation needs.

EXCELLENT!!! Professional, Prompt, Courteous and highly Knowledgeable are just a few words to describe the calibre of service rendered by Matt when he repaired my Sprinkler issue. I requested services one day and he was assisting me the very next day; everyone else required me to wait for several days. He expertly answered all my questions to my utmost satisfaction. EXTREMELY pleased with service. I had a issue with my backyard sprinkler system spraying water even though it was not programmed to do so. Mat called me on the phone after receiving the HomeAdvisor work order. From what I described he had a pretty good idea what was the issue. Although he was unable to make it out the day he called he was kind enough to walk me thru the process (over the phone) of shutting off the water supply line to my system. I am certain that saved me a couple hundred bucks alone. Mat was scheduled to arrive at 830am, he showed up just a few minutes early (Nice!). He is very thorough. He checked all sprinkler zones and sprinkler heads. He assessed the problem (replaced a Valve) immediately. Additionally, while completing the work, he took the time to educate me on what he was doing the whole way through. If that wasn't enough, this guy took the time to program my sprinkler system control box. I am telling you, if you don't hire this guy you will regret it. He is the BEST! I will never use anyone else, he is MY sprinkler guy for life!! P.S ...I forgot to mention, the price was VERY fair and reasonable. Solid Work!

Matt's customer service was top notch. Not only did he fix the problem that I called about but he improved areas within my yard (sprinklers that had holes, sprinklers watering concrete, flowers not receiving enough water). He helped me improve on a flower bed situation and didn't have a part to complete the job that day. He would not take payment of the work already completed until he returned the next day with part to complete that bed. I was extremely satisfied with his work and his customer service.

Matt contacted me after my search for sprinkler repair. My grass was saturated with water. The sprinkler system was leaking and Matt assured me that he will stop water so he went to work on it. He explained to me what was causing the problem. Apparently, he thought the job was complete, he left and the leakage slowly returned back in the yard. I called Matt back, and he returned the next day stopped the leak which satisfied me and my family. Matt was courteous, professional, and have excellent customer service skills. When I called, Drew (owner) came out immediately and assessed my situation, he was knowledgeable and explained my repair need perfectly. They came out to fix my sprinkler system 3 days later and said that 4 heads needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, I have not heard anything more from them on when those heads will be replaced. The quality of work is good, their knowledge is strong but customer service is woefully lacking.

Awesome customer service! Once I made contact with the company, they sent out one of their technicians to assess the repairs. The price quoted was reasonable and the service rendered was excellent. Cudos to Matt. He was very professional, easy to talk to. He clearly explained the issues that I had with my sprinkler system. He made all the necessary repairs within the quoted price. I have already recommended this company to two of my neighbors. Even if you do not think you have any seriously problems with your sprinkler system, I recommend you contact Atlanta Lightscapes (Matt) to come out and service your system. He is very knowledgeable at his craft and is very honest when it comes to dealing with his customers.

I posted my request. Got a return call the same day. I was advised I would receive a call from a techbician the next. I did receive a call from a technician the next. He came out the same day. Made the required repairs. His charges were very reasonable. I am well satisfied with the whole matter.
