Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
Roof repair was completed in a reasonable timeframe and a payment plan was offered, which I appreciated. However, there were issues with the workmanship. Not long after the repair, I heard activity in the attic again and actually saw a squirrel re-enter through a small crack in an area that was supposedly repaired. I understand wildlife removal is a separate service, but the repair itself did not prevent re-entry.
I ended up going into the attic myself and sealing the area from the inside with expanding foam. To my knowledge, they never checked their work from inside the attic.
Communication was also unprofessional. I received messages as early as 4 AM, including one that was clearly not meant for me. Payment follow-ups have been excessive despite being on an agreed monthly plan, with no clear grace period.
Overall, disappointing experience.

Do not ever, ever use this company and you should think about using Angi and any vetting process that Angi uses that this company passed.
This is a cost based review. I had one shingle that came loose. He said it would be easy so I assumed a reasonable cost. I know better. It took one hour, three shingles (supplied by me), I had to hold the ladder because his helper wasn't there. He charged $2,500. I asked him three times if he was joking because it was one hour, my material, my helping him, etc. He said he was proud of his ratings and asked for a good one. The shingles haven't fallen off in the last couple days but who knows about the work's quality.
This is the best rating I can give, only because a one is the lowest.
