I highly recommend these guys. They were very pleasant and did a great job and it was completed the same day. We are senior citizens on a fixed income and since we needed more than just a pump out they were happy to work with us on a payment plan.

The work was done but when I asked them to give my mom her receipt for the work performed they gave me a run around and would not give my mom her receipt. It is wrong to take a large amount of money from someone and then refuse to give a receipt of payment with excuses. My mother still has not received her receipt to this day. We are seeking further help to receive her receipt of payment which is due to her.

Awful customer service. Brannon did call the evening I sent an email via Home Advisor asking for services but he did not leave a voicemail so I didn't know he called until I called the number back the next morning. It was then agreed that Atlanta Water & Sewage Solutions ("AWSS") would perform the ASAP septic service for my home which was in the process of being sold (NOTE: I informed AWSS the ASAP services, and receipt of such, were needed prior to the closing). The services were performed and paid for the next day. Yay! Looking good so far. We did have a 2 hour window of when they would arrive - no big deal - but within the last hour they called my husband asking for our address (seriously?!). Anyways, after the services were performed and PAID for, we (my husband and I) were promised the receipt with the proof of inspection that very same day but, despite numerous calls, texts and emails, we heard nothing - or when there was a response, which was very rare, it was again promised to us that same day. It was only when my husband informed them that he would have to come to their offices to obtain such receipt is when we finally received the documentation - a week later. The closing had to be pushed back as we could not proceed without such receipt and proof of inspection (which was communicated several times to AWSS). It was such a simple task but, because of the lack of communication, commitment, good ol' customer service, and a bad attitude on their part, we will never use them again or refer them to anyone. Plus, we were charged $150 for the "inspection letter". Just glad we don't have to communicate any further with them. Please note I am a person who loves to write great reviews...great reviews are not seen as much as bad so I try my best to post my great experiences when asked. However, this is my first bad review but I had to let you all know.

I waited the first day and they did not show and they were late on the second chance as well. They did the job well but did not respect my time.
