Atlanta Concrete Pools

I hired Jake Freeman from Atlanta Concrete Pools in 2022. He broke ground July 8, 2022 tearing into my backyard without getting approval from Cobb county on the location of the swimming pool and then left project unfinished. I paid is $52,500! It’s been almost 2 years and I’ve never heard from him since. I’ve since had the hole filled in professionally to make my backyard inhabitable again. This company and Jake Freeman are con artists and I would strongly advise against giving them your business and money.

I had a great experience because he ran into some issues along the way like on any building project and Atlanta's Taylor pools went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy and especially my wife. I would definitely recommend them to everybody as I well organized friendly business that above all has great customer service and craftsmanship.

ATL Tailored Pools gave me exclusive service in that they didnt begin any body elses pool until they finished mine. Amanda was great. Always answered phone after hours if I had a question. It was a relief to have a company here at my home working everyday after some of the stories I had heard about other companies.

They built what I asked and stayed in my budget.

Going to Arbitration. Upset this business was even suggested by Home Advisor. Lost faith in their ability to appropriately screen companies. Would not recommend this company.

We hired them to build a pool. They took $6000.00 from us without doing any work. They did not get a permit, did not file for a permit and they blamed us the home owners for calling to get the permit. The work has not even started, at this point we are ready to take legal action against this company. Run from this company.
