Although I didn't choose to go with Atlantic Builders, my experience with him was very pleasant. Todd was very straightforward and honest. He was very helpful in my decision making progress. I would consider Atlantic Builders for future projects

Todd Niemaszyk was outstanding to work with. He was very quick in responding to my initial request for a bid on a deck and once we had met to discuss the overall plans, he had a very reasonable and straight forward estimate to me within a few days. The project started right on the day specified in the contract and he even had it finished a day ahead of schedule. All throughout the project, he provided regular updates on the general progress and kept me informed of any potential issues. The overall construction of the deck is superb and I would not hesitate to hire him again in the future.

I did not use Atlantic Builders for this project, so I cannot rate it on every category. However, I was very impressed with the responsiveness, design work, and communication. Todd always kept to his schedule and the turnaround time on information and estimates was prompt. I was prepared to hire him for our project, and the only reason I didn't was that a contractor I have used for several projects in the past became available and was able to meet our timetable. I would consider Atlantic Builders again for other projects.

This was my first experience with dealing with a building contractor & I was very nervous because of stories from family and friends that have had bad experiences with contractors. From the moment I met Todd my mind was put at ease, he was very friendly, knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through everything I needed to know & made sure I understood even all the little details. I have several other jobs coming up in the near future & when the time comes I will not have to shop around for a contractor because as long as Atlantic Builders are in business they will have a life time customer.
