My deck need to be recovered. When the old wood was removed, the structural deficiencies were identified and corrected and some needed upgrades were done beautifully. I now have a deck that is structurally sound and is visually appealing. We are going to enjoy this outdoor living spaces again! Mr.Smith and his son listened and responded quickly to my concerns. The lead carpenter did a fantastic job and his dedication to "doing it right" became evident immediately. The work done and the cleanup process definitely met my expectations. Would definitely use this contractor again.

The guy who built the stairs was professional and a very hard worker, he did an excellent job. I took a day off of work to wait for the finisher to show up and he didnt show. I texted the manager after waiting and he informed me the worker wasnt going to make it and would be in the next day. Would have been nice to get a call informing me, so I could have went to work.

The owner, Steve is amazing! I was in a situation with another builder that was costing me tons of money & stress. Steve came over as quickly as possible to give me an estimate to correct and complete the work. He was able to squeeze our job in between other jobs as it was unsafe for us to leave our stairs the way they were. It was worth every penny! The estimate was reasonable & the work was professionally done and done RIGHT! I have 2 more major projects to be done & The Croatan Group aka Atlantic Contracting will be the one to do the job! These guys were first rate from start to finish! I wanted a custom fence with a specific design. From the first contact to final task they were responsive and went beyond expectation. The estimator responded to every text or calls. The third party material supply company fouled up the delivery (no fault of S&S) however S&S quickly offered to respond to my home on a Saturday to correct the matter no questions asked. The estimator showed up at the start of the job to insure installers had a complete understanding of customer expectations. The crew arrived on time every day, were polite and professional. They work a full day every day until compete. Upon finishing the job they cleaned up all debris, scrap, and yes even cleaned saw dust from all driveway surfaces and walk ways. The yard was raked and left over materials were stacked neatly in place. Price was mid range and quality of work excellent. Highly recommended!
