Wonderful customer service and easy to schedule. What a difference it made! The staff was efficient and professional. It smelled so much better in the house after having them clean and sanitize the ducts. Definitely worth it and would highly recommend!

I recommend to never use this company. Atlantic Corporation did not complete the work at my house and refused to send my insurance company the required documents so they could get paid. Now they are threatening me with their attorney. While at my home they left my inside still wet. Cut random holes in my ceilings even where there was no damage. Beware if you use this company. Not sure how they are on Home Advisor. Thought companies recommended on this site was trust worthy companies.

Lacey called immediately after submitting my request, and left a very detailed message regarding services offered, cost, and potential appointment time. When I called her back, she was professional and knowledgeable. I accepted an appointment for the very next day, and Dan and Tesh (sp?) were right on time. They took care of our air ducts quickly and thoroughly, showing me pictures of the progress and giving me tips to keep up with maintenance. They were unable to unclog our dryer vent, as there seems to be a very significant blockage with water collection. Dan was concerned for water damage if he proceeded, and recommended hiring a handyman to assess the situation more completely with proper precautions. He took the time to review my expectations as I move forward with repairs, so that I can address my concerns accurately when calling around for a handyman. I sincerely appreciate the excellent work and customer service, and will definitely use and recommend this company in the future.
