Isaias and Jeremias arrived in a timely manner and were very friendly, courteous, and professional. They respected my property and dwelling; for example they wore covers on their shoes and carefully replaced register covers without damaging or defacing any of the walls. They were thorough and knowledgeable, offering practical suggestions for maintaining the HVAC system. It’s on my calendar to have them return in three years for the recommended service.

The 2 men that did the duct work were very professional and friendly. They were also willing to answer lots of my “dumb” questions. It’s the comfort level and the kind of service you hope for when strangers come into your home to do work. Would definitely hire again!

I've had hit and miss luck with air ducts cleaning. Most inexpensive guy would show up to do the work with undersized equipment. These guys have the real stuff and did a tremendous job. They will be my duct cleaning crew from here on out.

Excellent service, very professional with outstanding results. i hired them to. rehab the fireplace and chimney which was done expertly. I also asked them to clean out a clogged dryer duct which resulted in removal of a dense softball sized lint ball — potential fire hazard eliminated, Good work guys!!

Arrived late but we're very professional once they started the work. I got 3 estimates after I committed with them and they were all lower in price.

I was pleased with the job. It didn't take long to complete the job. I would use them again.

I was especially impressed by the fact that technicians not only sucked out the dust in the ducts, but also, put a hose with suction as far as the duct would allow to loosen up the dust that had adhered to the sheet metal, and thus that was suctioned out also. The men worked very carefully and took precautions to make sure nothing was damaged and even wore booties because we do not wear street shoes in the house. The only snag was the 10" hole made in the sheet metal at the bottom of the furnace to accommodate the 10” that all the dust exited through. I did not know they would do that, but the men working thought I did. Our furnace is new and looked like the Cadillac of furnaces. (It replaced one that the sheet metal had sagged at the bottom.) The sheet metal at the bottom had a design to it and because of the sagging of the old furnace, we would have liked to have had a say before it was done. Anyway, the men felt bad, we felt bad, but loved their work in general. Dave, the Service Manager, spoke to me and we resolved it. He has a furnace like ours and the hole needed to accommodate the hose has not cause it or the thousands of other furnaces they have done to sag. Things happen sometime, and it is important that companies stand by their work, and Dave, an exceptional representative of the company, gave me assurance that if they access hole is found to compromise the integrity of the duct causing the HVAC unit to sag, the company would replace the entire return plenum. Now that is a company that deserves 5 stars.

Professional and polite. Worked quickly.

The polite and respectful 2 man crew arrived early, worked very efficiently and provided great advice and feedback. All ducting in our home was cleaned and placed back into operating mode. I even had them clean the dryer vent and confirm that it is properly connected and vented. I'll be calling them again in 5 years to keep my home confidently clean.

The crew worked very hard. They did a nice job of cleaning out my dryer vent and cleaned up after themselves. I thought the company charged too much for the job.
