These guys are excellent what they do they packed all my stuff loaded. It moved me to a whole other state unpacked me. Everything got there corporate in one piece they were friendly. There was no up charging or any shady business truly right by their customers. I highly recommend them above all others.

Great company with exceptional movers

I chose Atlantic Group because a friend used them last year. I didnâ t have the highest of expectations because last time I moved I got hit with all these extra fees the day of my move . This was a totally different experience . They packed and moved me and it was a pleasure. From customer service to the actual movers â ¦A+

Best move ever!!! Moving and packing can be so stressful, but they make it seamless! My move was so easy, quick, and all for a great price. I was on a tight schedule, and they were right on time and got everything done right away. I lived in a walk-up apartment with many stairs, and they got up and down them with no problems at all. The movers were so friendly, and they got everything into my new place in an even shorter amount of time! Would absolutely recommend Atlantic group USA.

For the love of God, STAY AWAY! With Atlantic Group, your move will be like a tragic soap opera. Lies, cheating, misinformation, "theft", gaslighting and stonewalling. The %$#k ups are too numerous to mention. A few highlights: 24 hour delayed pickup, took ONE MONTH to deliver (promised 3-5 days), most of my things broken in the move and $4000 worth of bikes stolen in a "break-in" that happened to the unsupervised truck, zero communication, zero responsibility and then pawned it off on their insurance company for 60 cents/pound moved. The offer to comp was $103 for $8000 in losses and damages. Not a word, not a single returned phone call, no nothing. SAVE YOURSELVES making the same terrible mistake I did. STAY AWAY at all cost. You'll never regret staying away, but I can almost guarantee you you'll regret using this company.

Highly professional company! Arrived slightly earlier to assess the move. Excellent communication throughout the whole process from booking to the actual removals on the day. Items were moved very carefully, wrapped well and all moved in one piece. Highly recommend! Excellent service!

Find another company; they were a mess from the start. Didnâ t pack all my stuff; didnâ t deliver in one load (but didnâ t tell me till after i paid; which i had to do or they wouldnâ t unload). Also gave me several specific times of arrival and didnâ t show up on any of them. Literally said definitely today and showed up the following day. Paid for full unpack and setup and they only did partial. No responsive. At one point i called to ask why my stuff didnâ t arrive and i was told â well this is my day off, Iâ ll get back to you tomorrow; which he didnâ t until i called him several timesâ ¦.why take a chance; go with a more professional mover.

DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!!! To keep this as succinct as possible. Quoted one price, paid 3x more. This was our fault for not pushing back on pack-up and/or arrival, but we were exhausted and wanting to deal with it later...BIG MISTAKE on our part. Do not sign anything unless you agree. I know that is basic advice, but still a good reminder for everyone. Movers showed up a day late, 1 mover short (taking longer than estimated), the wrong size truck, inadequate or insufficient materials (no packing tape, not enough boxes, etc.). Used our sheets and towels to pack fragile/antique/priceless items, several of which arrived broken. Art, clothes, fragile items...pretty much everything were not packed in the right boxes as committed to and expected. Responsiveness to questions throughout process was minimal to nonexistent. Unsure many times of who to get a hold of and they were usually too busy to speak...meanwhile their trucks were somewhere in the US holding thousands of dollars of our belongings. Then the icing on the cake was the insurance company. We did not agree to full coverage, and we should have opted for full coverage given the number of items that showed up damaged, BUT I don not actually think it would have mattered. Right now is about 11-months later (including numerous emails, phone calls, etc.) and we are still waiting on only a $200 check from the Atlantic Group as a result of their claims partners investigation into our lost and damaged items. Clearly the intent of Atlantic Group USA moving, and their insurance provider CSI Pros (moving claims), is ONLY to hold and keep as much money as possible. There is little to no professionalism, responsiveness, compassion, sense of urgency, or sense of common humanity and decency. This was the most GARBAGE move I have ever had. We tried to save money, HUGE MISTAKE. Next time we will pay a premium to go with a reputable company that owns the full process. Good luck with your move. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!

They did a horrible packing job, packed a 22 pound Kitchen Aid mixer ON TOP of dishware. I lost track of the amount of broken dishes and glasses, I stopped counting. Several boxes were not packed properly and did not have enough cushioning. They delivered my couch but NOT the cushions for it, they finally found them and delivered them FIVE WEEKS later. I was not there for the packing, I am 78 years old and had them pack up my second house in Florida . They did a LOUSY job. Wish I had never used them. They did not respond to my complaints. Still missing boxes!

Although I got help planning the move, the movers were late both at pick-up and delivery. It was a long-distance move. Our things arrived two days later than planned. The truck arrived late in the afternoon with only two movers. It took until 1:00 AM to move our things. Very disorganized so pieces to be reassembled were not together. Two pieces of furniture were damaged. Not everything was reassembled. We are still removing boxes from paintings and hope there are no problems. A very stressful move.

They were great for my local move.

The movers took great care making sure my things were adequately wrapped and loaded. They followed through on our schedule and they delivered my things in a timely fashion, going out of their way to keep me informed every step of the way. My things were in the same condition as when packed. I am very pleased and would recommend their services . I would use them again.
