Fixed my problem over the phone and did not charge!

Atlantic installed a 400K BTU pool heater that I bought new through Ebay. Two other local pool maintenance companies I had contacted before Atlantic refused to install customer-provided heaters because it upset their little cartel of selling the heaters at a very high markup. Atlantic did a professional job with the installation. This was an indoor installation in a cramped room over a period of 2 days. They removed the old heater and had to adapt the venting to the new heater. This included enlarging the exhaust vent through the roof. They also came back a week later for minor follow-up work. The price seemed a little high, but on the other hand Atlantic did the work promptly and they were completely professional. This is in contrast to the two pool maintenance I had originally contacted (names withheld), who were completely unprofessional.

I had 2 other people come and where not able to fix boiler properly, Atlantic came and in few hours fixed boiler properly. I am very happy with the service provided.

Company called back within 16 hours of online request. Furnace not blowing air (neither hot nor cold). They do charge flat service fee of $88 plus labor and parts. Repairman took quite a while to diagnose problem but was able to fix it. Never gave me an estimate. Wiring was improperly connected by last contractor who had worked on unit. Appreciate that they didn't try to sell me an expensive part when not needed. Thought cost a little on high side but repairman was polite and tried to explain what needed to be done to correct the problem. Would likely use again.

Atlantic responded quickly, explained every detail of the repairs, and even corrected things a previous a/c service company repaired incorrectly ! My system has never run so good.

I called Atlantic Heating & Air Conditioning about a problem with my air conditioner where the pipes were frozen and no air was coming into the house. They were very responsive and were at my door within a few hours. The professionalism was unbelievable and they took the time to explain to me all the issues so that I understood what was happening and why. Customer service was impeccable and price seemed reasonable. I would recommend Atlantic to anyone.

They installed the outdoor replacement unit in just under 2 hours and they also had the best warranty . The owner Mr. Falvo had a crew here the day after I hired them.

We had a couple of close estimates to work with, they were not the very cheapest, however they were close ended, the other guy had some loopholes which made us leery. They guaranteed to get it done for the price they said no matter what. That made us feel comfortable, so we picked them. My husband was home, and knows a little bit about plumbing. He was very impressed with the younger Anthony's skills. It's a generational company and the dad was watching the whole time, so we knew we were in good hands. We're thrilled with the outcome. No more old clanking unit, and no more oil bills. We'd call them again, very nice to deal with!
