Atlantic Home Inspections

Justin was prompt in my request for an inspection. I have a dispute with a company that charged me for work that was not completed. Justin was thorough in the inspection and is an asset in helping me resolve this dispute. I am so grateful for his assistance! Thank you Justin!

Justin was amazing! He was kind, patient with all of our questions, and thoroughly checked EVERY aspect of the house. Anytime something gave us anxiety, he would weigh the pros and cons with us of how bad it actually is. Many home inspectors just whip through, in order to get paid and complete more jobs throughout the day. Justin took his time. If he found out something conveyed with the house, he would check that, too! I have already recommended him to several friends. You will move into your new home, better equipped with knowledge of repairs needed etc. with Justin's help. And that makes all the difference when purchasing a home.

I called Atlantic after researching Home Inspectors OTHER THAN the ones on the resouce list given to me by my realtor. The first 5 companies that came up I checked their ratings and gave them a call. IMMEDIATELY Justin called me back. He was extremely pleasant (Ironically, that's his last name, "Pleasants") and he was thorough with his questions to assess the job and the fee associated with it. His rate was extremely reasonable based on my idea of what the Inspection entailed but he provided much more. I also hired him to do the radon testing which when he came back out to pick it up he met my Realtor at the property and helped prioritze the few things that we should have the Seller repair. An added bonus that he did not have to do but he did and was extremely nice and patient about it. He will be MY go to person for all of my friends trhat are buying. I even saw my Realtor take a card as SHE was impressed with him and his work. KUDOS Justin!!! You made this very painless!!!!
