Problem with the modem not working was identified and recommendations for integrated router, modem and phone line was made as a solution of which I did follow and will have installation early next week.

Overall, I had a good experience with this company,but there were some minor issues. My husband and I hired AIT to move some outlets in our living room, to create a floating TV mount look. We were satisfied with the job itself, but again there were some minor issues. First, the service person was over a half hour late for our appointment. I actually ended up having to call the company office to find out what was going on. It wasn't the issue of him being late, as much as it was of him being so late without even a courtesy call. Also, when the service person arrived, he did not offer any apologies for his tardiness. Nonetheless, the job was completed professionally and looked nice after is was finished. I would recommend this company and even use them again for future jobs we have coming up. I just hope that tardiness will not be an issue. We had to make arrangements to get the service which involved my husband missing work and I don't feel that our time was respected, or valued. Loved the completed work, just not the tardiness.
