"Thank you for the kind review Jackie. It was our pleasure working with you on your project and we look forward to servicing your pool for years to come. Thank you again for your business!! Regards, Dave Edmonds"
"Hello (consumer name withheld per their request) Correspondence from Atlantic Pools, Inc. on 8/29/17: Thank you for meeting myself and my business partner, David Boyko, on the evening of August 8, 2017 to discuss your concerns with the pool light and the pool plaster showing imperfections at night with the pool light on. As discussed at the meeting, Atlantic Pools found no issue with the pool light as it was mounted into the existing pool light niche correctly. Also discussed were your concerns about imperfections in the plaster while looking at the plaster with the pool light on at night. As Atlantic Pools stated in our meeting, we did not see any concerns with the plaster while being viewed under the lighted conditions that were abnormal and the plaster was found to meet acceptable standards in a pool re-plaster. Taken from National Plasterers Council; ?Plaster and all cementitious interior pool finishes are a hand crafted product. In section 3.1 of the National Plasterer Council Manual 8th edition it states - General Tolerance Determinations: Observation , using the swimming pool light at night, or other sources of light that shine across the surface, instead of upon the surface, are not considered a fair representation of the surfaces true appearance. Certain angles of light will grossly exaggerate imperfections and/or the waviness across the surface finish. As it says some fluctuations and waviness in the pool surfaces are normal. If you cannot observe them in normal daylight viewing conditions it is probably normal.? Correspondence from Atlantic Pools, Inc. on 9/14/17: -After meeting on-site we did agree to seal the gap between the top of the skimmer mouth and coping, which Atlantic Pools will still perform at a mutable agreeable date. This would be best performed after the pool has been closed as the water level will be pumped well below that point. Atlantic Pools can remove the cover in this area, perform the necessary repairs and then re-attach the cover. Please let us know in writing or email when the pool has been closed so we can coordinate a date/time to perform this repair. -Atlantic Pools stands behind the previous statements that the pool light is located in the light niche correctly and does not tilt forward. The pool light niche was uninterrupted during the renovation as it is built into the structure of the pool. The light fixture was placed back in the niche and sits correctly in the niche with no noted deficiencies due to plaster being built out and tipping the light forward. -Atlantic Pools stands behind the previous statements that any irregularities in the plaster surface are considered normal and do not effect the plaster integrity. -Atlantic Pools has no concerns with the pool cover fitment and/or any stress on any coping due to any coping placement. As stated previously, Atlantic Pools, Inc. stands behind the workmanship and material used and that the work was completed in a competent and work"
