They did a wonderful job trimming the trees, but told me other things that I wanted to be done that were not done, Since I do not live there, I did not know they were not done and paid the invoice. When I arrived at the house I was shocked to find things not completed. When I questioned him he said he would come over and finish the job. I waited, and waited, and he did not show up. I had to hire someone else to do what I paid them to do.

Shrub Trimming or Removal Service
They arrived at my home with a half full truck, when the truck was full they acted like they were finished because the truck was full. They did not do what we agreed to in the written estimate. I told them up front that I wanted my yard cleared of palmettos so I could get it fenced in. Now I have to hire someone who will do the job before fencing. I threw hard earned money away on this half job. I did not get my moneys worth. I told them this and they chose to leave me unsatisfied. If you have real work ti be done and can only pay once to have it done hire someone else. I feel I was scammed because I am a senior citizen, shameful. I am unable to do the work myself and do not have the money to pay anyone else.

"Ma'am I am very sorry that you are unsatisfied with the job and I hope you know that was never our intentions. However, I do not feel that we earned only a 1 star review and I will explain why. The original quote for your job was $2500. You said that you only had a budget of $1000 for the job. So I explained what I could do within that budget and you agreed to it. After it was all said and done I pretty much did the whole job that I originally quoted for you because I was trying my best to take care of you. I'm sorry that you feel this way but someone can?t not simply pay less than half of the total cost of a job yet expect to have the full a"

The project started out great and we paid him $250 for additional work. He did not finish the work and I requested a refund. He agreed to give me refund and he has not dropped it off yet as he said he would.

Steve and his crew did an awesome job. They cleared a tree with behind my shed then they were able to bring in a yard of fill dirt with a loader through my narrow yard (not an easy task) and then lay about 2500 sq st of sod. All done within 1 day. Would highly recommend them and hire them again.

I've been in that state of Florida for 1 and a half years and used many contractors for different jobs. Atlantic was the best contractor I've used. He came out gave me a professional quote, then he told me when he was going to start and finished exactly on schedule. Left the space spotless and did a great job. Performed outstanding work with his crew. Such fair prices compared to other companies I've used. I would recommend this company to anyone that would inquire.

A great team and a family-owned business. I had many trees to come down because I want to build a pool. They came at the expected time they finished at the expected time. Their team was great and the price was great when I really would recommend them to anybody. I also received quotes from other companiesthere was the best and also included stump grinding which saved a lot more time and money.

They canopied my Florida Oak tree today and it is absolutely beautiful. We were so surprised at how perfectly it was cleaned out and trimmed. We will call them again when it needs done. Not only did they do that but also trimmed all our bushes around the house and special things in the flower gardens. After cleaning everything up perfectly, the owner came to check and make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. What a great bunch of guys, Steve has working for him. All of them were excellent and very polite and friendly. We recommend Atlantic Property Services to anyone looking to get a perfect job done.
