Our carpts were flooded during Noreaster strom, and Carpets were not properly remove water, and second half of the job was inproperly finished. Company did not recommand or advice with removel of carpet after cleaning to avoid reuse or replace padding. I strongly not recommand to friends or colleague. we had to remove the carpets, because no advice were recommand to removed padding after cleaning or remove of water on the carpets.

Tile came out very nice. Took longer than I thought. He had to go out and buy something else to strip the floor first and was a bit higher in price but overall I was very happy with the turnout. Much nicer result. And a lot cheaper than replacing the whole floor.

Butch was courteous, friendly, profesional and did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets. His pricing was well below that of all the other companies, he worked with my difficult schedule and was at my house the next morning! I would use him again and again if I need to.
