First thing is the great phone customer service received from Kiera, she was instrumental in me calling them back after the first company I scheduled with did not show up. Her Estimator arrived On Time, even a bit early and they scheduled me for that same week. The team showed up, again, ON TIME and did a wonderful job at fixing my door and screen. Will definitely recommend!

Replaced worn latches on my balcony windows. Would have rated them better had they not reused the original worn rusted screws from my old broken latches in the new latches. For the price paid for the job, new screws for the new latches should have been included. Made the overall finish of the new latches look unprofessional. That kind of short-cut was not necessary, especially for such an inexpensive item as new screws. Makes me wonder what other shortcuts may have been taken for the job.

I’m not sure if I’m spelling the pro technician name correct (Borry), anyway, I contacted Atlantic window repair through Home Advice and spoke with a nice lady in their office, one agent came and gave me a quote of some windows that I needed to be repaired, we scheduled the job for the next day, Borry arrived and did a wonderful job repairing my windows! I will definitely recommend Atlantic window!
