I have used Garage Doors of Nebraska several times both at my personal home and at my rental properties. Dan was quick to respond, even on short notice, and took care of the garage door issues. Dan even gave me a tutorial on how to re-engage the arm of the garage door mechanism! He has programmed remotes for me and adjusted the doors for smooth opening and closing. If you have anything going on with your garage doors, Garage Doors of Nebraska can do it all!

I noticed my garage door spring was broken, so we called these guys to come replace them. When the tech arrived, he told us to give him roughly an hour to get it done. 3 hours later, he comes in and tells me he replaced the springs, but he door must have been damaged when the springs broke and now wont open. After charging me $440 and giving me a quote for over 4k to replace the door, he left. A few days later, before deciding to bite the bullet and buy a new door, I called a different company to swing by and ensure there was nothing that could be done. After ten minutes, their tech came in and said "well your problem is simple, the spings are on backwards!" Twenty minutes after that he had them installed correctly and my door working. At this point, I'd expect any half-decent company to own up to the error and see what could be done to rectify the situation. I called Garage Doors of Lincoln's office and the receptionist said she's have a manager call me back. Over a week passed and I heard nothing. I called again this morning and was finally able to get a call back around noon. The "manager" seemed to want to take ZERO responsibility for their mistake. He argued "Why didn't you call us about it?" I responded stating "Why would I call the same company for a second opinion?" I was then told I was not owed any refund because I had another company work on it. I was also told it was "impossible to install springs backwards." When I pushed back on this, I was told to calm down, then soon after hung up on. I'd highly advise to look elsewhere for your garage door needs. Garage Doors of Lincoln employs incompetent technicians and managers who couldn't care less about customer service or satisfaction.

Dan showed up right on time for the 1pm Saturday appointment. He was extremely polite and very thorough in the work he performed. I m very happy with how fast Garage Doors of Nebraska responded to my request for fixing my doors. I submitted my request late on Friday night. to my surprise they called me at 11pm to see how they could help. I would hire them again!

Very professional and reasonable !!! Chang the springs on my door lubricated the moving parts and put a screw in the loose seal To secure it or me . They only charge for the springs and basic call rate , I m very happy with their work this is hands down a 5 stars experience Thanks Nick

They suck and do very crappy work. I had to hire another company to fix what they screwed up. If I could give them no stars I would. They have on their website that they are in good standing with the BBB, all lies. I was desperate when I hired them and regret it. I beg whomever read this review do not do business with them because we work too hard for our money to give it away to incompetence.

The tech that helped me was excellent. He was honest which is hard to come by these days and worked after hours to get the job done. I m very happy with the company and overall experience.

Atlantis Garage Doors ripped me off very poor work come in an unmarked car God Bless Us Overhead Door Company was on the receipt Garage Door Inc. was who the check was made out to Didn t put the sensors down that are required by law. Don t want them on my property again paid $200 deposit $656 after install. It started making noise said he needed rollers never put on the bracket and did not put on the electronic eyes.

Really enjoyed talking and working with them. They work really fast. The guy that came out was very professional. Explained everything to me and I felt very comfortable doing work with them. If I need help in the future, I will call them again.
